The spring on our garage door broke due to age leaving my vehicle stuck inside the garage. I called Precision and they had a Tech out to our home within 2hrs. The tech was very thorough in explaining the repairs needed and completed the work in a very timely manner. We appreciate the courteous and professional service that was provided!!’

The service technician was very dishonest and lied about what was wrong with my garage door and I will never use or recommend this company to anyone, period. The technician was very disrespectful and loud. This technician shouldn't be allowed to work for good customers because his motives out there is to lie and overcharge customers for his own gains
